Sunday's Games:

Southampton vs Manchester United Preview:

Already Southampton look among the favourites to be involved in a relegation battle having lost all of their opening 3 games of the season. Having played just the one home game this season they will be happy to return home, although last time out they lost 1-0 against Nottingham Forest. United have lost two games already and the pressure is on for manager Erik ten Hag. The good news is that forward Rasmund Hojlund is set to return and after scoring just 2 goals this season the club will need his services.

Prediction: 2-0 to Manchester United

Recommended Betting Tips: Manchester United to beat Southampton at 1.70, Anytime goalscorer: Rasmund Hojlund at 2.30, Anytime goalscorer: Bruno Fernandes at 3.00

Brighton vs Ipswich Preview:

With two wins and one draw so far Brighton has been one of the most impressive sides in the league and sit in 3rd place coming into this game. The Seagulls have played once at home so far and they beat Manchester United and will be the odds on favourites to beat their newly promoted visitors. Ipswich haven’t won yet but they did manage their first point of the season in their last game with a 1-1 draw against Fulham. Conceding goals will be a worry for Ipswich who have shipped 7 so far.

Prediction: 2-0 to Brighton

Recommended Betting Tips: Asian handicap (-1 Brighton) at 1.58, Anytime goalscorer: Danny Welbeck at 2.50

Crystal Palace vs Leicester Preview:

Some fears were eased for Crystal Palace when they drew away to Chelsea in their last game before the international break- that game followed two defeats in a row and may have thrown a glimmer of hope for the Eagles. Leicester with a point so far have the same as their hosts but have lost their last two games after defeats against Fulham and Aston Villa. It may be too early to say but the Foxes could struggle on the road this season and seem more likely to do well at home.

Prediction: 2-1 to Crystal Palace

Recommended Betting Tips: Crystal Palace to beat Leicester at 1.57, Correct Score: 2-1 to Crystal Palace at 8.00

Fulham vs West Ham Preview:

In their first three games Fulham have already achieved all of the possible results, but manager Marco Silva will be pleased how well his club have bounced back from losing on the opening day of the season to Manchester United. Their only home game so far has seen a victory over Leicester. West Ham have already lost twice, but there will be calm at the club having to navigate difficult fixtures such as against Aston Villa and Manchester City, however a poor display here could see the fans start to vent their anger.

Prediction: 1-1 draw

Recommended Betting Tips: Result: Draw at 3.25, Both teams to score at 1.57

Liverpool vs Nottingham Forest Preview:

It has been an excellent start to the season for Liverpool under Arne Slot, 3 games in and 3 wins and they are only 2nd on goal difference to Manchester City. The Reds have yet to concede a goal and they may be able to extend that at the weekend. Federico Chiesa could well make his debut too. Forest are unbeaten so far with a win and two draws although in their only away game so far they beat Southampton but just by the odd goal, and this could be a very difficult match for Nuno Espirto Santo’s side.

Prediction: 4-0 to Liverpool

Recommended Betting Tips: Over 3.5 goals at 2.00, Anytime goalscorer: Mohamed Salah at 1.80, Luis Diaz at 2.25, Federico Chiesa at 2.50

Manchester City vs Brentford Preview:

Can the champions make it 4 wins out of 4? Most observers would say yes given that they are playing Brentford at home. City have been on fire in the early exchanges of the campaign and have scored 9 goals, seven of them have come from Erling Haaland! The fantastic attacking line up are sure to be too much for the Bees however Phil Foden will have to be assessed after facing off with a stomach bug. Thomas Frank’s side have beaten Southampton and Crystal Palace already, although lost 2-0 away to Liverpool which should be telling in this game.

Prediction: 4-1 to Manchester City

Recommended Betting Tips: Manchester City to score 3+ goals at 1.62, First goalscorer: Erling Haaland at 3.00, Anytime goalscorer: Ilkay Gundogan at 4.00

Aston Villa vs Everton Preview:

Much is expected of Aston Villa this season and even though they have already lost at home against Arsenal the club played well. There have been two wins also which have both come away against West Ham and Leicester. Everton have had a horrendous start to the season losing all 3 games and are bottom of the league. Sean Dyche’s side will be without Seamus Coleman who was injured in the Nations League but they will be hoping that Unai Emery’s side have one eye on their upcoming Champions League match next week.

Prediction: 2-0 to Aston Villa

Recommended Betting Tips: Asian handicap (-1 Aston Villa) at 1.80, Anytime goalscorer: Ollie Watkins at 2.10

Bournemouth vs Chelsea Preview:

Bournemouth staged one of the greatest comebacks in Premier League history before the international break as they came back from 2-0 down in the 87th minute against Everton to beat them 3-2. This was the Cherries first win of the season but with two draws also to their name they come into this game unbeaten and in 8th place. Chelsea are in 11th after they were held to a disappointing 1-1 draw at home to Crystal Palace. Behind the scenes there have been tensions on ownership between Todd Boehly and Clearwater, so not all is well. However the Blues last away game ended in a 6-2 battering of Wolves.

Prediction: 2-1 to Chelsea

Recommended Betting Tips: Chelsea to beat Bournemouth at 2.00, Both teams to score at 1.44, Anytime goalscorer: Cole Palmer at 2.25

Tottenham vs Arsenal Preview:

With a defeat away to Newcastle and a draw to Leicester this hasn’t been the strongest start for Tottenham who will be aiming to finish in the top four this season. However in their one home game so far they did crush Everton 4-0 and this being the first North London derby of the season expect a heated game. Richarlison will be missing, though Dominic Solanke may return. For Arsenal they dropped their first points of the season at home against Brighton in a 1-1 draw. Influential player Martin Odegaard is set to miss 3 weeks with an ankle injury on international duty. The Gunners have won the last 3 of the last four meetings against their arch enemy.

Prediction: 2-0 to Arsenal

Recommended Betting Tips: Arsenal to beat Tottenham at 2.25, Anytime goalscorer: Bukayo Saka at 3.00

Wolves vs Newcastle Preview:

Wolves have already shipped 9 goals this season and 6 of them came in their last home game when they were beaten 6-2 by Chelsea. The club at least followed that up with a decent 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest. Newcastle have 7 points and have started the season in solid fashion although there is some discontent with manager Eddie Howe and the owners. The Magpies only away game so far ended in a 1-1 draw against Bournemouth. It is worth noting that the two clubs have drawn six of their past 10 meetings.

Prediction: 1-1

Recommended Betting Tips: Draw at 3.25, Under 2.5 goals at 2.40
