I'm going with possibly the best club team currently in the world, and one of the strongest clubs in Italy for this double.
Real Madrid have won their last 13 straight games and even though they are the away team tomorrow, they are up against a newly promoted team who will have very little experience in playing a team of Real Madrids quality, which should make this a formality.
Roma are a class above all the teams in the Serie A other than Juventus and maybe Napoli. Being 3 points behind Juventus at the top of the table they will want to make sure the gap doesn't increase. Atalanta are 4th from bottom and their only home win so far this season has come against bottom of the table Parma, so Roma should have enough not to lose this game.

Netherlands vs Latvia - Asian handicap (-1 Netherlands)

Although Netherlands results haven't been going well of late, that have still been scoring goals and dominating most of the possession so it's just a matter of time before things start to click and they get back to winning ways. I think they will have too much quality for Latvia, and although their defence has been shaky i doubt Latvia have the fire power to cause it too much trouble.
Norway aren't a great team however they have won their last 2 qualifier games which will have raised their confidence, and Azerbaijan are bottom of the table and conceding goals by the bucket load. In their first 3 qualifiers they have conceded 10 goals, and in general they only win against very weak opposition (Philippines, Malta etc), so i'd be very surprised if Norway weren't able to manage at least a draw.

Arsenal are in good goal scoring form recently, they are conceding too but that doesn't matter for these bets. They have scored 12 goals in their last 5 games and have scored 2 goals in all 4 away games they have played against Swansea.
PAOK are a formidable team at home, they are currently top of the Greek league by 5 points after only 8 games and have scored 14 goals so far in their first 5 home games. PAOK have scored in every home league game dating back to February, my records didn't go back any further unfortunately.
On paper and current goal scoring form, both Arsenal and PAOK should be able to score at least one goal in each of their games.

This currently has odds of just under 1/2.
Real Madrid and Salzburg are both known for smashing the goals in. So far this season Salzburg's first 7 home matches have contained 41 goals which is on average a huge 5.9 goals per game, with their lowest scoring home match containing 5 goals.
Real Madrid's first 4 away games of the season have contained 23 goals, which on average is also a huge 5.8 goals per game. Although, their lowest scoring game only contained the 2 goals, which is why the Goal Line >2 bet gives a little more security than the over 2.5 goals bet being used for Salzburg.
