Match Preview:
It’s been a great season for Leeds who come into this game in 10th place and if they win and Everton and Arsenal drop points they could finish in 8th place. Ultimately though a dream European finish looks very distant in the clubs first season back in the Premier League since 2004 but the fans will have many cherished moments about this season.
Leeds will be the favourites to win this game and the club are in very good form having won their last 3. The clubs last win came away to Southampton and at home they are unbeaten in their last five games and that includes beating the likes of Tottenham and drawing against Manchester United in recent matches.
West Bromwich Albion could finish in 18th and finally pass Fulham if they win and the Cottagers fail to get a result over Newcastle. The Baggies are 19th and are six points clear of the bottom side Sheffield United but come into this game having lost their last 3. The clubs latest loss came against West Ham by 3-1. After that game manager Sam Allardyce unsurprisingly announced that he was leaving the club at the end of the season.
On the road West Brom have the 2nd to worst record in the league where they have won 11 points from a possible 54. Their last away game ended in defeat against Arsenal.
Team News:
Leeds: Diego Llorente will miss this game with a muscle injury. Mateusz Klich has been given leave to join up the Polish national side. Robin Koch has also been allowed to join up with Germany so both players won’t be available.
West Bromwich Albion: The only new concern for the Baggies is Matheus Pereira who has a slight knock and will be assessed.
Leeds vs West Brom Head to Head:
The last time the clubs played at Leeds was in 2019 in the Championship and Leeds won 1-0.
Earlier this season in the reverse fixture Leeds won 5-0.

Leeds are in very good form and will want to give a good account of themselves in their final game at home although it is a little concerning that the club have been happy to let some regulars leave the camp early for the international games ahead of Euro 2020.
West Bromwich Albion have nothing to lose here as they will try and win their final game of the season although they have only been able to win 2 games away from home. Leeds should be too strong for them and we expect to see a home victory and a few goals too. It might be better to back Leeds to win the game by half time as they are priced around 1.44 which doesn’t offer much value. If Marcelo Bielsa’s side can score early we wouldn’t be surprised to see the floodgates opening here, which might also include West Brom getting in on the goal scoring action too.
