Brighton vs Bournemouth Preview:
Brighton's last two games have shown the best of the club with 7 goals to their name and none conceded in beating both Chelsea and Southampton. The Seagulls remain in 9th place but it is fairly tight up there and only four points separates them from a top four finish. Bournemouth are in 6th with three points more but a club who has been one of the most impressive this season suffered a very surprising home loss to lowly Wolves at the weekend going down 1-0 and it's suddenly two defeats in their last three for the Cherries.
Prediction: 2-1 to Brighton
Recommended Betting Tips: Brighton to beat Bournemouth at 2.10, Brighton to score 2+goals at 1.80, Anytime goalscorer: Kaoru Mitoma at 3.00
Crystal Palace vs Aston Villa Preview:
Whilst Crystal Palace's form has not been very consistent they still have 3 wins from their last five games and recorded an excellent victory away to Fulham in a tricky fixture at the weekend. The Eagles are not exactly flying high but after a nightmare start they are in a very comfortable position in 13th place with 33 points. One problem for the club so far has been home form with just 11 points coming here. Aston Villa came back at the weekend to defeat Chelsea which was a much needed victory for them as they had lost form. Unai Emery's side are 9 points clear of their hosts and have gone undefeated in their past three games.
Prediction: 1-1 draw
Recommended Betting Tips: Half Time Draw at 2.20, Correct Score 1-1 at 6.00, Anytime goalscorer: Ollie Watkins at 3.00, Both teams to score at 1.62
Wolves vs Fulham Preview:
It was three points for Wolves at the weekend but it would have felt like six as the side under relegation threat beat Bournemouth away from home. Not many would have expected that result and it means while Wolves stay in 17th place they have moved five points clear of the bottom three. The club have shown some form too and have won two of their last three games. At home it's 8 defeats from 12 games but again two wins from their last four so the fight is clearly there. Fulham lost at home to Crystal Palace at the weekend. The Cottagers are in 10th place with a solid 39 points and are in with a chance of a European place. On the road Marco Silva's side are improving and have won 3 from their last four games.
Prediction: 2-1 to Fulham
Recommended Betting Tips: Fulham to beat Wolves at 2.50, First goalscorer: Raul Jimenez at 6.00, Anytime goalscorer: Rodrigo Muniz at 3.00
Chelsea vs Southampton Preview:
On form Chelsea have been one of the poorest sides in the Premier League and they lost again at the weekend in a 2-1 loss to Aston Villa. The Blues come into this midweek game in seventh place yet only a point shy of a top four place and their season is far from over. However it is telling that a team who has title ambitions is currently 21 points behind the league leaders. Southampton are just waiting for the maths to kick in to confirm their relegation. The Saints are stone last with 9 points and are 13 from safety, 14 if you count goal difference. At the weekend the 21st loss of the season was sealed with a 4-0 battering from Brighton. A heavy loss is expected in this away game.
Prediction: 4-0 to Chelsea
Recommended Betting Tips: Chelsea to score 3+ goals at 1.57, Anytime goalscorer: Christopher Nkunku at 1.72, Anytime goalscorer: Cole Palmer at 1.46
Brentford vs Everton Preview:
Brentford are in 11th place and six points in front of their visitors. Recent form has been good with three wins in their past four games including wins over Leicester and West Ham. At home the Bees overall have been solid but recent form has left them with no victories in their last five. Everton have only lost one game since David Moyes arrived seven weeks ago. From being in a relegation threatening position the Toffees have moved up to 14th and are 14 points clear of the bottom three. At the weekend the club could only draw 2-2 at home to Manchester United which would have been disappointing for them given that they were leading 2-0. For now Everton are unbeaten away from home under Moyes.
Prediction: 1-1 draw
Recommended Betting Tips: Double chance (Draw or Everton) at 1.81, Under 2.5 goals at 1.91, First goalscorer: Jesper Lindstrom at 12.00
Man Utd vs Ipswich Preview:
Manchester United looked to be heading for yet another defeat against Everton at the weekend but came back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 but this hasn't made anyone happy at the club. United are clearly suffering under Amorim although they will be odds favourites to win this match. Caution must be taken when we consider that United has lost 4 of their last 5 games at home. Ipswich are in 18th and suffered their 15th defeat of the season last weekend as they lost 4-1 at home to Tottenham. The club has also slipped 5 points from safety and on the road has managed just 10 points from 36. Ipswich did draw their last away game though against Aston Villa.
Prediction: 2-0 to Man Utd
Recommended Betting Tips: Manchester United to beat Ipswich at 1.50, Correct Score: Manchester United to win 2-0 at 6.50, Anytime goalscorer: Joshua Zirkzee at 2.60, Anytime goalscorer: Bruno Fernandes at 2.30
Nottm Forest vs Arsenal Preview:
This game feels like it is the battle for 2nd place and we should except a great atmosphere at the City Ground. Nottingham Forest are in 3rd place with 47 points and last time they were here they hit Brighton for 7 goals. However Forest have suffered two defeats both on the road the first was against Fulham and at the weekend they lost 4-3 against Newcastle. For most observers Arsenal have blown the league title after losing for the first time at home against West Ham. The gap to Liverpool is 11 points but Arsenal won't be giving up just yet and have a game in hand. The Gunners have the 2nd best away record in the league but the worry is they are now looking very light up front after a series of injuries and this game really could seal their fate.
Prediction: 1-1 to draw
Recommended Betting Tips: Double chance (Nottm Forest or draw) at 1.86, Anytime goalscorer: Chris Wood at 2.75
Tottenham vs Man City Preview:
A couple of weeks can make all the difference and so can of course the return of some key players because Tottenham will feel upbeat coming into this game. The club who have for the majority of the season struggled and have won 3 games in a row and scored 7 goals in those matches. They have moved up to 12th place and smashed Ipswich 4-1 away from home at the weekend. Manchester City lost 2-0 at home to Liverpool to really underline a changing of the guard. However City still have 4th place but have lost 2 of their last three games and will be without Erling Haaland as he has a knee injury.
Prediction: 3-2 to Tottenham
Recommended Betting Tips: Double chance (Tottenham or draw) at 1.75, Anytime goalscorer: Heung Min Son at 2.75, Anytime goalscorer: Brennan Johnson at 2.75, Over 3.5 goals at 1.80
Liverpool vs Newcastle Preview:
The league title looks over but of course it is not. But this has been a huge few days for Liverpool who saw title rivals and the team in 2nd place Arsenal lose against West Ham. Liverpool then went and beat the champions Manchester City away from home 2-0 and now have an 11 point lead. The Reds have only lost once so far and will be the favourites to win again. Newcastle on their day are a match for any side and are chasing a top four finish. At the weekend they beat Nottingham Forest 4-3. On the road Eddie Howe's side has won 4 of their last 5 away games although in their latest one were easily beaten 4-0 by Manchester City.
Prediction: 3-1 to Liverpool
Recommended Betting Tips: Liverpool to beat Newcastle at 1.50, Liverpool to score 3+ goals at 2.25, Mohamed Salah to score 2+ goals at 4.33, Anytime goalscorer: Darwin Nunez at 2.80
West Ham vs Leicester Preview:
West Ham have a huge chance to feel more comfortable in the league when they take on lowly West Ham this week. The Hammers have not started well under new manager Graham Potter but that can be forgotten about for now after they claimed a fantastic 1-0 victory away to Arsenal last weekend. It was Arsenal's first loss at home this season and has derailed their title ambitions. For West Ham they are in 16th place with 30 points and at home it's just one win in their past five games and that needs to improve. Leicester lost their 17th game of the season 4-0 at home to Brentford at the weekend and have lost 3 games in a row. The Foxes are now 5 points from safety.
Prediction: 2-1 to West Ham
Recommended Betting Tips: West Ham to beat Leicester at 1.62, First goalscorer: Jarrod Bowen at 5.00, Anytime goalscorer: Mohammad Kudus at 3.00
