Nottm Forest vs Brighton Preview:
Nottingham Forests' great run ended in spectacular style last weekend as they were soundly beaten 5-0 against Bournemouth. While it could be expected that Forest were going to lose some more games no one expected such a dramatic score line and it will be interesting to see how the club bounce back from that. Brighton were also beaten in their last game as they went down 1-0 at home to Everton. The Seagulls are 10 points behind Forest and on the road this season they have fared marginally better than at home with five wins and three defeats. Brighton are unbeaten in their last five away games also.
Prediction: 2-2 draw
Recommended Betting Tips: Draw at 3.50, Both teams to score at 1.72, Anytime goalscorer: Chris Wood at 2.10
Bournemouth vs Liverpool Preview:
Bournemouth have been one of the most in form teams of late and have just beaten Nottingham Forest 5-0 and Newcastle 4-1 and this may be the worst time of the season for the Reds to be facing the Cherries. Depending on results victory for the home side could even move them into the top 4. Liverpool lost for the first time in the Champions League in midweek against PSV but Arne Slot had put out mostly the second team as the Reds qualified for the knockout stages as league group winners. In the league they come into this match in 1st place and six points ahead of Arsenal. Liverpool are unbeaten away from home so far.
Prediction: 1-1 draw
Recommended Betting Tips: Draw at 4.33, Half Time Correct Score: 0-0 or 1-1 at 4.00 and 7.00, Both teams to score at 1.50
Everton vs Leicester Preview:
It was pretty simple for Everton before David Moyes returned, the club were stagnating and falling to win games. However after 3 games back Everton has picked up six vital points with wins over Tottenham and Brighton. It means that the club have moved a huge seven points clear of the bottom three. Everton will be favourites to win this game but look short of quality up front with Dominic Calvert Lewin being the latest casualty. Leicester stunned Tottenham last weekend beating them 2-1 away from home and that ended a seven game losing streak. The Foxes are in 17th place and a win here would move them to within 3 points of David Moyes side.
Prediction: 1-0 to Everton
Recommended Betting Tips: Everton to beat Leicester at 1.80, Under 2.5 goals at 1.80, Anytime goalscorer: Jack Harrison at 5.00
Ipswich vs Southampton Preview:
Ipswich are in 19th place but are just one win from safety and are a huge 10 points clear of 20th placed Southampton. The club has lost their last 3 games in a row and conceded 10 goals in their last two games. However it's been a tough few fixtures for them having to face both Manchester City and Liverpool. Southampton with just six points would probably have to win 11 of their remaining 15 games to stay up and in the process create one of the greatest escapes of all time. In truth the Saints have shown promise and have taken the lead over the likes of Newcastle and Manchester United lately but have not had the staying power. The club comes into this game having lost 19 matches.
Prediction: 0-0 draw
Recommended Betting Tips: Half Time: Draw at 2.25, Under 2.5 goals at 2.00
Newcastle vs Fulham Preview:
Newcastle had to bounce back from a terrible 5-0 trouncing against Bournemouth and they managed that by beating Southampton 3-1 last weekend. It means that Eddie Howe's side are in 5th place and still in a good position for a top four finish. Apart from the Bournemouth loss Newcastle has been one of the strongest teams in the league over the past six weeks. Fulham narrowly lost 1-0 at home to under fire Manchester United and they have now lost two of their last three games. The Cottagers are in 10th place and have only lost one game on the road from their last five.
Prediction: 3-2 to Newcastle
Recommended Betting Tips: Newcastle to beat Fulham at 1.66, Newcastle to score 2+ goals at 1.62, Anytime goalscorer: Alexander Isak at 1.66, Anytime goalscorer: Raul Jimenez at 3.75
Wolves vs Aston Villa Preview:
While Wolves are in 18th place they would go into safety with a win or a draw if Leicester were to lose but recent form will not be encouraging with four defeats in a row. Home form is one of the poorest in the league for Wolves with just two wins so far and 7 points won from a possible 33. Aston Villa were all smiles in the Champions League in midweek as they beat Celtic 4-2. In the league 3 draws in their past five games have derailed them slightly but Villa are only 4 points shy of a top four berth. Unai Emery's side have drawn their last two games in a row with their latest being against West Ham.
Prediction: 2-1 to Aston Villa
Recommended Betting Tips: Aston Villa to beat Wolves at 2.10, Correct Score: Aston Villa to win 2-1 at 8.00, Anytime goalscorer: Morgan Rogers at 4.00, Both teams to score at 1.57
Brentford vs Tottenham Preview:
Brentford are in 11th place and have won 1 game in their last three and there is a feeling that while the club are more than safe they may miss out on a possible European place. The Bees do remain unpredictable though and that was highlighted last weekend when they beat in form Crystal Palace 2-1 away from home. Tottenham reached a new low with a home defeat against Leicester last weekend but in Europe the club are seeing a better return. Tottenham have lost their last 4 games in a row and on the road have lost 7 from 11 games played.
Prediction: 2-1 to Brentford
Recommended Betting Tips: Brentford to beat Tottenham at 2.02, Anytime goalscorer: Bryan Mbeumo at 2.30
Man Utd vs Crystal Palace Preview:
All of a sudden after a nightmare season is it about to get better for Manchester United? The club heavily under fire has managed to win their last 2 games with victory over Fulham and then a solid win in Europe against Steaua Bucharest. But doubts will remain for a club who have lost 10 times this season with 6 of those coming at home. United could push Brentford out of the way and move into 11th with victory. Crystal Palace's excellent form ended at the hands of Brentford last weekend but games between Manchester United can be close calls. The Eagles are unbeaten on the road in almost 3 months and would go past their hosts with a win.
Prediction: 2-1 to Man Utd
Recommended Betting Tips: Manchester United to beat Crystal Palace at 2.00, Anytime goalscorer: Bruno Fernandes at 4.00, Anytime goalscorer: Joshua Zirkzee at 3.25
Arsenal vs Man City Preview:
A huge game for Arsenal made even more significant if Liverpool have won the day before. These games tend to be won sometimes on the smallest of margins but Arsenal will be expected to be bullish given how both sides seasons have gone so far. Arsenal are in 2nd place but have suffered with a lack of consistency with a few draws cropping up. Four of those have come at home. Manchester City have qualified for the play offs of the Champions League by beating Club Brugge so the mood in the camp should be better. City have also won four of their last five games and on form are the best team in the league present. Will a lack of quality goalscorer up front cost Mikel Arteta's side?
Prediction: 1-1 draw
Recommended Betting Tips: Full time result (Draw) at 3.50, Anytime goalscorer: Erling Haaland at 2.88, Both teams to score at 1.63
Chelsea vs West Ham Preview:
Chelsea come into this game in 6th place and while recent form has kissed goodbye to any surprise title challenge they are still very much in the hunt for a top four finish. The Blues lost their fifth game of the season last week against Manchester City and have won 15 points from their last ten games showing how they have lost pace with the top sides. West Ham have started slowly under Graham Potter with 4 points from 9 so far. The Hammers did earn a respectable 1-1 draw away to Aston Villa but trips to Chelsea have seen them lose their last four games here.
Prediction: 3-1 to Chelsea
Recommended Betting Tips: Half Time/Full Time: Chelsea/Chelsea at 2.00, Anytime goalscorer: Nicolas Jackson at 2.25, Anytime goalscorer: Cole Palmer at 1.91 Sending off in the game at 4.50
