Arsenal vs Everton Preview:

Arsenal dropped huge points last weekend as they could only draw 1-1 with Fulham and while the Gunners were starting to show some consistency it feels as if they are just off the pace when it comes to title ambitions. The Gunners got ready for this game by brushing Monaco aside 3-0 in the Champions League. Playing Arsenal away for Everton is usually bad news but the club did have a break as their Merseyside derby with Liverpool was called off last weekend due to weather. Everton could go 8 points clear of the bottom three, but many will be expecting to see the clubs seventh loss of the season this weekend.

Prediction: 3-0 to Arsenal

Recommended Betting Tips: Half Time/Full Time: Arsenal/Arsenal at 1.72, Anytime goalscorer: Bukayo Saka at 2.10, Anytime goalscorer: Martin Odegaard at 3.25

Liverpool vs Fulham Preview:

Liverpool finally dropped points in their last game as they drew 3-3 away to Newcastle. Last weekend the Reds were afforded a break as their Merseyside derby with Everton was called off due to bad weather. Arne Slot’s side are four points clear at the top from Chelsea but have a game in hand. They have the 2nd best home record in the league and have conceded just 3 goals at Anfield. Fulham are unbeaten in their last 3 and that includes holding both Arsenal and Tottenham to draws.

Prediction: 2-0 to Liverpool

Recommended Betting Tips: Half Time/Full Time: Draw/Liverpool at 4.33, First goalscorer: Mohamed Salah at 4.33, Anytime goalscorer: Luis Diaz at 2.50

Newcastle vs Leicester Preview:

Just when it seemed that Eddie Howe was steering the ship around Newcastle lost 4-2 away to Brentford, and it seems fairly clear now that the Magpies are not going to have a consistent season. The owners do not want to see their side in 12th place but should remember they are just five points from a European place. Home form has been awkward for Newcastle who have only the 13th best record in the league but they did manage to draw against Liverpool in their last game. Leicester have been exciting under Ruud Van Nistelrooy and followed up a 3-1 win over West Ham by drawing 2-2 against Brighton after being two goals down! This is Van Nistelrooy’s first away game though.

Prediction: 2-1 to Newcastle

Recommended Betting Tips: Both teams to score at 1.72, Anytime goalscorer: Alexander Isak at 1.72, Anytime goalscorer: Harvey Barnes at 2.20, Anytime goalscorer: Stephy Mavididi at 5.50, Sending off in the game at 5.00

Wolves vs Ipswich Preview:

Gary O’ Neill is under pressure to keep his job at Wolves given his side are in 19th place and have lost their last 3 games in a row. If they survive it will be down to home form so how does that hold up? The result isn’t good with five defeats from 7 games played and just one win here which came against bottom club Southampton. In a sense this game is being looked at with two potential sides who could go down this season. Ipswich have the same points as their hosts and have also lost their last 3 games in a row.

Prediction: 0-0

Recommended Betting Tips: Half Time: Draw at 2.25, Correct Score 0-0 at 11.00

Nottingham Forest vs Aston Villa Preview:

5th vs 6th in what should be an end to end game and an exciting one. Perhaps questions were raised when a solid Forest side lost 3-0 both against Arsenal and Manchester City but that doesn’t mean that they cannot try to finish in what would feel like an historic European place. The club stunned new look Manchester United by beating them 3-2 at Old Trafford last weekend. In beating Brentford and Southampton Aston Villa have recovered some of their form but at this stage of the league season this match should be a clear step up. We should remind ourselves that Unai Emery’s team have lost their last 3 away games in a row.

Prediction: 2-1 to Nottingham Forest

Recommended Betting Tips: Nottingham Forest to beat Aston Villa at 2.50, Anytime goalscorer: Chris Wood at 2.75, Both teams to score at 1.62

Brighton vs Crystal Palace Preview:

Brighton are in 7th place and are having a fairly solid season so far. They have lost just once in their past five games but will be disappointed overall. Recent results have seen only a draw at home to bottom club Southampton and they blew a two goal lead near the end of the Leicester game this past weekend to draw 2-2 which would have felt like a loss. Crystal Palace are in 17th place but have a 4 point advantage over the bottom three. The good news for the Eagles is that they went their last four games undefeated and have pulled off some impressive results drawing against both Aston Villa and Manchester City lately.

Prediction: 2-1 to Brighton

Recommended Betting Tips: Brighton to beat Crystal Palace at 1.86, Anytime goalscorer: Joao Pedro at 3.10, Correct Score: 2-1 to Brighton at 7.50

Manchester City vs Manchester United Preview:

This will be the 195th Manchester derby and one of the most fascinating. Manchester City has emerged as the best team in Manchester over the past decade and have recorded some fantastic results over United, the problem is that there is a crisis at the club. City have won just 1 game in their past 10 in all competitions and lost 2-0 in midweek against Juventus in the Champions League. Life under Ruben Amorim has not got off well for United though, he has collected 4 points from a possible 12. One would think that City will be motivated and try to turn their season around with a derby win, United’s players are still getting to know their new manager.

Prediction: 3-1 to Manchester City

Recommended Betting Tips: Result: Manchester City beat Manchester United at 1.57, Manchester City to score 3+ goals at 2.50, Anytime goalscorer: Erling Haaland at 1.66, Anytime goalscorer: Kevin De Bruyne at 3.75

Chelsea vs Brentford Preview:

There is title talk when considering Chelsea this season and the club have won 4 games in a row and sit in 2nd place just four points behind league leaders Liverpool. The Blues easily have scored the most goals so far with 35 to their name and at home they have lost just once, 9 of their goals have come in their last two games. Brentford have the best home record in the league so far which is a huge credit to them and manager Thomas Frank. However on the road they would be ranked in 19th place and from seven games are yet to record a win.

Prediction: 4-1 to Chelsea

Recommended Betting Tips: Half Time/Full Time: Chelsea/Chelsea at 1.80, Over 3.5 goals at 1.80, Anytime goalscorer: Cole Palmer at 1.83, Anytime goalscorer: Enzo Fernandez at 5.00

Southampton vs Tottenham Preview:

We are still 4 games from the halfway point of the season but already it is not looking good for Southampton who sit at the bottom of the table with 5 points and are 8 from safety. The Saints have won just once so far and have lost 12 of 15 games played. Tottenham are in 11th place with 20 points, the goal had to be Champions League football but they are seven points adrift of that target. Form has been erratic with just 4 points won from their past 15. A defeat here would spell disaster for the club and perhaps question the managers future.

Prediction: 3-1 to Tottenham

Recommended Betting Tips: Tottenham to beat Southampton at 1.66, Heung Min-Son to score 2+ goals at 12.00, A sending off in the game at 5.00

Bournemouth vs West Ham Preview:

Bournemouth are up to 8th place as they have won their last 3 games in a row. The Cherries have beaten Wolves, Tottenham and Ipswich in that time. Pressure remains on West Ham manager Julen Lopetegui as each game seems like a stay of execution. He had a big test last week but the Hammers came through beating Wolves 2-1. With a win here they could climb 2-3 places and job safety could be a reality, that is sometimes the difference in just 90 minutes. Of their 18 point haul so far 8 have come away from home but it’s just 1 win in their past five trips and that includes three defeats.

Prediction: 1-0 to Bournemouth

Recommended Betting Tips: Bournemouth to beat West Ham at 1.66, Under 2.5 goals at 2.50, a sending off in the game at 5.00
